1. Directorate of Collegiate Education offer scholarships to the students from Post Matric course onwards.
2. All the scholarships will be granted to Keralite only.
3. Application must be in the prescribed form.
4. All applications must be forwarded through the Principal/ Head of the Institution in which the student is/was studying DURING THE PERIOD OF CLAIM.
5. All application and joining report must be signed by the principal /head of the institution and student in the respective columns.
6. All columns should be filled up properly.
7. A recent passport size photograph of the applicant must be affixed on the specified column (fresh application only) properly attested by the Principal /Head of the institution.
8. Scholarship shall be renewed every year with in the time limit notified. Late application will not be accepted in normal course.
9. Renewal application should accompany with attested copies of the previous examination.
10. Specific reasons should be furnished through an application by the applicant for his/her break of study if any.
11. Joining report must be submitted along with the scholarship application at the beginning of a particular course of study.
12. Income certificate of the parent issued by the concerned Revenue Authority must be enclosed wherever it is asked to produce.
13. AWARD NO. must be specified for all correspondences.
14. Attested copies of the Medical Certificate issued by a Medical Board must be enclosed while applying for Grant/Educational concession to Blind /PH students.
